We only work with verified trade professionals and businesses - we don't do any retail sales.
Our prices and policies are for the trade business only.

Make your initial selections
At the trade fairs, we showcase our entire design range. At these fairs, or later, through our website or over email conversations, you can select the designs you like.
We will be happy to send a few samples in 6"x6" / 12"x12" for your reference and share prices of your selected designs.

Make it your own!
Choose a design exactly as it is, or customize it to suit your project.
Pick your Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams colors, and discuss design modifications with our team so the final rug feels truly personal and perfectly placed for your project.

Approvals
To ensure accuracy, we will send the right approval tools for your project, including yarn poms, CADs, and strike-offs as per your requirements. This step helps confirm color, design, scale, and overall look before production begins.

Production
Once the strike-offs, Yarn Poms, CADs are all approved, we will begin the production of your order.

Shipment
After the production of the rug, we conduct two levels of inspection to ensure all aspects of the rug are of the highest quality, before packing it for shipment.
